DECRETO  Nº 19/992.

 

 

VISTO: la solicitud de fraccionamiento del padrón Nº 10.516, manzana 233, propiedad del Sr. Manuel García;

 

CONSIDERANDO: los informes adjuntos sobre el mismo;

 

ATENTO: a lo que establece la Ley 9.515, Art. 19, Inc. 15 y las Leyes Nº 10.723 y Nº 10.786, LA JUNTA DEPARTAMENTAL

 

DECRETA:

 

ARTICULO 1º). Autorízase el fraccionamiento del padrón Nº 10.516, manzana 233, propiedad del Sr. Manuel García, de conformidad con el plano presentado.

 

ARTICULO 2º). Pase a la Intendencia Municipal a sus efectos; comuníquese, insértese, etc.
